The support from OnRes is hugely important, the response time on support is very quick, usually less than 24 hours, which helps us keep the system and our booking operations running efficiently. The ease of real-time inventory automatically coming in and out the OnRes platform is of huge importance. If I put in rates and packages, they get pulled to my website, OTAs, and any other partnership I want to be involved. It’s a massive time-saver.
