The OnRes system allows you to select one or a group of reservations, and assign rooms to the selected ones automatically.

The system will try to assign the rooms next to each other or on the same floor/section if possible.

To do so, first select the reservations.

Then click the ‘Assign’ button at the bottom of the page. You have the option to choose to assign ‘Clean’ rooms only.
